The mark consists of The words "Bada" and "From N.Y." written in a solid black square surrounded by a white rectangle outlined in black. The outer rectangle is slightly taller than it is wide. "Bada" is written in white font inside the inner black square box; the letter "B" is stretched vertically so that it takes up almost the full height of the black box, followed by a floating "a" that hovers next to the upper portion of the letter "B"; the letter "d" is also stretched vertically so that it is the same height as the letter "B"; the second "a" is grounded by the bottom of "d". "From N.Y." is written in black underneath the inner black box, on the lower side of the surrounding white rectangle and is stretched horizontally to fit the width of the inner black box.
