Educational services, namely conducting seminars, conferences, and workshops in the field of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; conducting seminars, conferences and workshops in the field of prevention, treatment, therapy and management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and distributing educational materials in connection therewith; providing educational information on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and health care related issues; publication of patient care information booklets, pamphlets, fact sheets, and compact discs for primary health care professionals on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and related health care issues; and instruction of health care professionals in the field of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and how to inform the public about the risks, treatments, management and prevention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
