The mark consists of A blue circle with an American Flag in the center. The American Flag is in the shape of the map of the United States and in the upper left hand corner of the flag is a blue square with white stars and the remaining portions of the flag are red and white alternating stripes. The right hand side of the flag appears warped denoting a swirl from the paint brush. Extending from the right hand side of the flag outwards from the circle is the handle to a paint brush, outlined in blue. On the outside of the circle, and surrounding the circle, are the words PAINTING AMERICA, INC. in blue .
