The mark consists of three bottom black blocks, two black blocks on top of the three, on black block over the two blocks. This creates stair steps. Over the top black block a maroon arrow goes up then down creating an arch, with the arrow point pointing down over the maroon R of the word "ROSI". The maroon capital "R" goes to the right of the 3 blocks that are one on top of the other. Next to the maroon "R" goes a capital black "O", next to the "O" a capital black S and finally a capital black "I". From the bottom of the maroon R goes a maroon arrow that goes down then up, forming kind of a smile, with the arrow point pointing at the first black block of the bottom row of black blocks.
