Providing non-medical assisted living services for personal care purposes for individuals with disabilities in the nature of providing companionship and conversation, providing escort to appointments and social activities, acting as a liaison with families and guardians, and personal assistance services in the nature of planning, organizing, coordinating, arranging, and assisting individuals to perform daily tasks, namely, participating in leisure and recreational activities in the community, running errands, grocery shopping, making and changing beds, assisting with clothing selection, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, personal mobility, feeding, medication reminders, secretarial and clerical services, appointments, mail handling, and reading, housekeeping, home maintenance, shopping, lawn services, snow removal, bill paying; providing non-medical independent living services for personal care purposes for individuals with disabilities, in the nature of food shopping and in-home personal care assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and personal mobility; case management services, namely, the coordination of necessary medical and education services for individuals with disabilities; social services, namely, companionship services for individuals with disabilities
