The certification mark, as intended to be used by authorized persons, is intended to certify That the services are performed by human resources professionals who are members in good standing of a provincial human resources association (which itself is a member of the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations) and who have satisfied all of the academic and experiential criteria set by such association and have successfully passed the National Knowledge Examination and the National Professional Practice Assessment examination, or such other examinations as may be prescribed by the applicant from time to time.
