The mark consists of two cut-out areas, or "holes", the top borders of the "holes" slant downward toward the midline; a label in the center with the words "FLASH DARE!" on a "vee" shaped background, "FLASH" slants downward toward the midline and "DARE!" slants upward; a "vee" shaped fabric "ridge" line extending from the midline and slanting upward in both directions meeting two flaps, each affixed to the seat with a closure; parallel to the ridge line are two solid lines of stitching which extend from the label at the midline and slant upward in a "vee" shape. The mark is located on the rear hips of goods. The stippling is for shading purposes only. The matter shown by the dotted lines is not part of the mark, and the dotted lines serve only to show the position of the mark on the goods.
