The mark consists of Yellow, white, and black in all lettering, all over the lettering. With black mainly around the edges as a shadowing and white in the center offsetting the yellow and black. In the eagle, the following colors exist: yellow, orange, white, blue, and black. Where blue is located only in the actual circle of the eye. Where the circle around the eye has orange. Where the beak has yellow encircled by orange, where all outline is in black and there is yellowish-orange at end of most feathers.
