The mark consists of A stylized, three-letter symbol: comprised of two uniform but stylized black-colored, capital alphabet letter "I"s merged and bowed inward (forming arcs) together to form one mirror-image concave line at the top, an equally sized convex line at the bottom, and two parallel lines at the right/left connecting the top and bottom lines; with, in the middle of the two "I"s, a stylized black alphabet letter "V" that bisects the bottom convex line and intersects at two equal-distance points on the top, concave line. The top and bottom of the letter "V" are straight, pointy, and extend beyond both the concave and convex lines/arcs. The combination of the "V" overlayed on top of the two "I"s results in three triangular shapes in the center of the symbol: one larger triangle directly above the "V" but below the concave arc and two other triangles to the right and left of the "V" and bordered by the right/left parallel lines. These three triangular shapes in the center of the symbol and adjacent to the "V" are greyish-blue-white in color. To the right of the symbol, is the phrase "GROUP IVI" in capital letters. The "GROUP" portion of the phrase is in black letters; the "IVI" portion" is greyish-blue in color. .
