The mark consists of a stylized heron, with a light blue body, stands, on one leg, in front of a bag. The lower fifth of the bag is colored dark blue, gradiating upwards to aquamarine and then to white; it appears that that the heron is actually standing in dark blue water, with an aquamarine horizon line and a white sky behind it in the distance. The heron's yellow and tan beak and head feathers suggest the handles of that bag. The heron's one leg forms part of the "h" in "blue heron", which words appear under the heron and the bag.
