The mark consists of a white background upon which there is a large blue oval shape (tilted up on the left side of the mark and down on the right side of the mark). The blue coloring of the oval transitions/fades to white near the center of the oval. Additionally, the blue oval is trimmed in black all around, but partially has a double black border that commences on the lower left side of the blue oval and continues to the upper right side of the oval. The space between these two black lines is colored in gold. The effect of the border is to give the blue oval a three-dimensional appearance. The mark further contains the wording "Big Olaf" in the same gold color as the aforementioned border (except that the coloring of the letter "B" fades into white at the top left corner of the letter). The wording "Big Olaf" is in a modified/exaggerated Cooper Black font. The word "Big" is placed in the upper portion of the mark and slightly off-centered to the left. The top portion of the letter "B" slightly extends beyond the blue oval into the white background at the top of the mark. The letter "i" is replaced with a brown waffle-cone which holds a double scoop of ice cream with white ice cream as the bottom scoop and red ice cream as the top scoop. The word "Olaf" is underneath the word "Big", and commences on the far left side of the mark with most of the letter "O" residing on the white background and a portion residing on the blue oval. The letters "af" are aligned directly underneath the letter "B" and the ice cream cone that represents the letter "i". The word "CREAMERY" is placed underneath the word Olaf such that the letter "C" is aligned directly below the letter "a" in Olaf. The font size of the word "CREAMERY" is significantly smaller than the font size of the other wording in the mark. The color of the lettering is white and in Arial Black font using all capitalized letters. Directly to the right of the "Big Olaf CREAMERY" wording is a cartoon caricature face of a man. The man's face is flesh colored, he has small black eyes and black eyebrows, a bushy black full beard (no mustache), a very large exaggerated smile, and is wearing a large-rimmed black hat.
