The mark consists of a stylized seal comprised of four concentric rings with a blue circle on the outermost ring of the seal, two inner rings of white, a blue innermost ring of the seal with white oak leaves, a red shield with a white cross dividing the shield into four quadrants located in the center of the seal, the black words "SEAL OF THE CITY OF OKLAHOMA CITY" with two black stars located in the third ring of the seal; the four quadrants of the shield contain black and white designs consisting of a plow, eagle feather pendant, pipe, and atomic symbol.
