The mark consists of the motif of a postage stamp in the shape of a rectangle. The perimeter of the rectangle features scalloped cut-outs. The cut-outs on the left and right sides of the rectangle consist of half circles, and the cut-outs on the top and bottom sides of the rectangle consist of half ovals. The inside of the rectangle contains three identical horizontal wavy lines in brown. The three lines are arranged equidistant from one another and extend from the middle of the top of the rectangle to the right edge of the rectangle. The middle wavy line touches the white portion of one of the scalloped edges on the right side of the rectangle. To the left and just below the wavy brown lines there is a small circle. The circle is outlined in brown while the interior of the circle contains gradations of white and burgundy. To the right of the circle, directly below the three wavy lines, appears the word "amigo" in lower case stylized brown letters. Directly below the small circle and the word "amigo", appears the word "Paisano", consisting of two curved brownish orange shapes resembling boomerangs which together form a capital "P" followed by the lower case stylized letters, "a i s a n o", in brown. Centered directly below the letters forming "Paisano" is a narrow brown rectangular shape running horizontally across the postage stamp rectangle. The narrow brown rectangle's convex curved left edge is contiguous with the concave lower right edge of the curved boomerang-like shape that forms the bottom of the "P" in "Paisano". Inside the narrow brown rectangular shape are the words "NASER GROUP INC." in white capital letters.
