The mark consists of a wine bottle with a wide base, a single curved side, a long neck, a "JPC" logo on the front of the bottle and labeling. There is a seal-like design in the label on the neck of the bottle; in the middle of the seal-like the wording "J.P.CHENET" is presented; in the upper half of the seal-like design the wording "TRADE" is displayed; in the lower half of the seal-like design the wording "MARK" is displayed. Below the seal-like design there are two parallel lines between which the "JPC" logo is displayed. Below the "JPC" logo on the front of the bottle there is a semi-rectangular label with serrated edges and one notched corner in the lower left side. In the upper part of the semi-rectangular label the wording "J.P. CHENET" is displayed; in the lower left corner of the semi-rectangular design the seal-like design with the wording "J.P. CHENET", "TRADE" and "MARK", incorporated in it, is displayed. In the lower right corner the wording "J.P. Chenet" in a special script is displayed. The color black appears in the wording "J.P. CHENET" on the top of the semi-rectangular label and the wine bottle is black. The color gold appears in the seal-like design on the neck of the bottle and the wording "J.P. CHENET", "TRADE" and "MARK" incorporated in the seal-like design, as well in the two parallel lines in the label on the neck of the bottle. The color claret appears in the label on the neck of the bottle, in the cap of the bottle and in the special script wording "J. P. Chenet" on the semi-rectangular label. The semi-rectangular label is cream.
