The mark consists of Four-sided rounded shape with orange outlining and light orange background within the entire image. The joints on the outside of the frame each have 5 golden yellow ties coming off of them with the middle most tie being the longest. The center of the image contains a brown stylized outine of an eye with brown ties coming off the left most side of the eye and interweaving crossing over lines at the right most side of the outline of the eye. The inner part of the eye is orange in the cneter with a yellow outline sorrunded by an orange outer circle which contains 8 yellow circles within this orange. At the top and bottom of the image within the orange outer frame, above and below the eye are brown stylized whispy lines. They look like a sideways "c". The opening of the top one opens down toward the eye image and the bottom c-like-line opens up toward the eye. Both of these c-shapes have a single orange dot in their opening. .
