The mark consists of the words "Practice" and "Charts" which are written in white lower case Times New Roman letters. In place of the letter "a" in both "practice" and "charts" is a yellow V-shaped symbol that cuts in between both words. The word "Practice" is on top of the word "Chart." There is a white dot located slightly above the middle of the V-shaped symbol. There is also a semi-circular white arch that begins above the word "Practice," beginning above the mid-point of the letter "P" and ending directly above the letter "i" in "Practice." The rectangular background of the mark is shaded vertically from dark blue to light blue and back to the same shade of dark blue, with light blue appearing in the center.
