Description of Mark
The mark consists of a capital red letter Q with a white interior in the form of three intersecting rectangles that make a mark often associated with medical symbols. This white mark has a vertical white rectangle in the center with the two other white rectangles intersecting it at equal intervals. Inside this white interior is a green snake with a red tongue sticking out on the left side of his mouth (from the veiwer's perspective). The snake is wrapped around a light blue pole that comes to a point at the lower end. This point extends below the outline of the Q. The pole has a rounded bulb on the top with a white spot indicating a reflective shine. The snake is wrapped in a grey straight jacket. The snake's left eye (viewer's perspective) has a swirl that is light red. The snake has a yellow belly and black eyebrows that extend off of his bulbuous eyes. After the Q the letters uirk appear in red. All these red letters are outlined in black. The entire word Quirk is enrobed in yellow. Below it is the word Alert in black.
