Technical support services, namely, troubleshooting of computer hardware and software problems; Installation of computer software; Design, development and implementation of software; Customization of computer hardware and software; periodic upgrading of computer software for others; Maintenance of computer software; all such services specifically excluding (a) the development or offering of computer software for use in reservation management or computer software for use in on-line reservation management or for accessing and on-line database of directory information to be used in reservation management or for use in on-line reservation management and (b) services of providing, hosting, or maintaining on-line software for others to allow the booking of reservations, management or room inventory or the collection and management of guest information for the same
