The mark consists of an eagle head and neck essentially wrapped in a United States flag as follows: a blue beak with white stars, a red and white striped head, a yellow area rearward of said beak and forward of the eye, a yellow eye with a white pupil, a red and white striped neck area and black outlining around all features including the profile of the eagle, the individual stripes, around the eye and eye socket, the stars and to illustrate texture around the beak, eye and neck of the eagle, within the appropriate white stripes of the United States flag design. Further, the mouth is illustrated in gray in the yellow area at the rearward end of the beak and the word Freedom is written in gray.
