The mark consists of mark is rectangular in shape bearing the words in all the same block font HIGH TEST TOOLS in capital black, shiny block letters with HIGH TEST above the word TOOLS with the word TOOLS approximately two-thirds the height of and underneath the words HIGH TEST. The background of the mark is in shades of dark beige and dark yellow with a moderate amount of texture to give a chiseled-stone effect to the entire background to offset the words HIGH TEST TOOLS. The background of the logo has vein-like ridges so as to give a two-dimensional stone-like effect. In addition to the subtle texturing for the two-dimensional stone-like effect, the mark has two predominant darker veins to give greater visual depth to the mark. The first begins in the upper right hand corner of the mark above the G in HIGH and then follows downward around the curvature of the G, then this line passes close to the top of the T in TOOLS and cuts to the left horizontally about one inch from the top of entire mark and follows outward to the left-hand side of the mark. The other predominant line lightly originates between the T and E of the word TEST, then slants downward at about 60° angle crossing the top of the L in TOOL and extending to the edge of the mark with the darkest shading seen after the L. The mark looks to be illuminated from the left-hand side causing the left-hand side of the mark to appear lighter in color than the right side. This effect also causes the lettering to be highlighted as if the light source is shining on the mark from the left side, therefore causing various strips of the black lettering to look lighter and contrast against the matte stone-like background.
