The mark consists of Burgundy in the main body of the sun image and center lines of 4 diagonal, wavy (of the total of 8) sun's rays. A wavy gold line eminates from the center of the sun image vertically and horizontally to form the center line for the other 4 sun's rays (vertical and horizontal rays). The very center of the sun image has a series of small concentric circles (2 burgundy, 1 gold & a small gold circle in the very center of the image). Similarly, there is a set of concentric circles in each of the 4 quadrants of the main body of the sun image (1 gold, 1 burgundy and a small gold circle in the very center of each set of circles). Finally, there is a thin black border on the edges of all components of the image.
