The Council on Science Technology Applications Research Inc; is a national membership organization consisting of persons with various professional backgrounds; The purpose is to establish a catalogued library of present day Science and Technology; Upon the library's completion, teams will then be assembled from some of the nations brightest creative talents; Those teams will then be given full library access; Their assignment is to develop cross-over applications of existing technology applicable to an endless array of present day problems; Those solutions will then be evaluated by the general membership, and if considered feasible, will be structured, underwritten and spun off in an ongoing stream of new business ventures
