The mark consists of the following: A black skull outlined in blue and black lines with a design of blue agave plants in the innermost line, a red line tracing the interior edge of the skull with curved red bands radiating inward at points, a black glass with blue liquid outlining the chin, a mouth formed by black teeth with white outlines, the upper teeth containing white shot glasses with green lime slices above them, and the lower teeth containing white diamonds, lips, cheeks, and chin formed by white, swirls that extend below the teeth, above the lips, and on the cheeks, three green limes in the cheek, a nose made of a blue cocktail shaker with a black spade design, eyes formed by cross sections of limes in green and red centers, a red diamond with black interior lines and a white upside down V shape above the diamond between the eyes, a green cocktail glass and a green lime in the center of the forehead, blue agave plant leaves with white dots on each side of the forehead, and green glasses with straws and lime slice on the upper corner of each side of the head. The skull is set on a black background which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
