The mark consists of a gray rectangle border containing alternating blue and green vertical bands across the upper portion of the rectangle, with three thin horizontal yellow lines on top of the upper portion of the vertical bands. Beneath the bands, on the left side of the rectangle is a black automobile key remote with three buttons. The top black button contains a white car. The middle black button contains the words "DON'T PANIC" in red, and the lower green button contains three white dollar symbols ($). Attached to the key remote is a gray key ring attached to the top portion of a key in black. Following the top of the key is the lettering "PAC" in green, with the remaining portion of the key in gray, emitting from the interior of the letter "C". Beneath this wording and design are the words "The Key to Automobile Financing" in black. Beneath this wording, in small font, is the wording "PERSIAN ACCEPTANCE CORP." The lettering "PAC" is also written repeatedly in rows in light gray lettering underneath the band design and above the key and "PAC" wording.
