The focal point of the logo is the 3 letters "SKM" in purple. The "S" and the "K" are upper case while the "m" is in lower case, although all three letters are of the same height. To the right, in both upper and lower cases, in letters approximately half the height are the words, "We close the loan." These letters are also in purple. Above the "SKM" is a darker green triangle and a lighter green parallelogram, all outlined in darker green, made to resemble the roof of a house. A darker green strip runs down along the left side of the logo to indicate the side of the house and runs under the "SKM" the full length of the "We close the loan" to indicate the floor of the house. Below the darker green strip, representing the floor of the house is the firm name in words, "SKM Title & Closing Services, PC".
