Fitness Center- Services include but not limited to, Health Fitness and Wellness Full service health club with Workout machines, free weights, Cardio equipment Karate/boxing Saunna Swimming, Spa services such as massage skin care special treatment Hair styling; Program for personal training will cover Nutrition, resistance training, cardio programming, supplementation, and program design; We will also offer clothing and other name brand (PARADIGM) ancillary products; We will also have a juice bar and a small amount of health (food) products; Integrated services working with Post surgery and Post re-hab clients; We will be networking with the medical community this will include but not be limited to Physical therapy, Orthopedic, and other related services; We will be working with work comp, Insurance companies and medical referals for Certified Personal training; We will be offering continuing education to staff, members and the public on general health and areas of concern, via our training program through Paradigm Institute of Studies in Excellence; Bringin in various speakers and varied modalities of training, motivation, and education; We will also be involved in community service to help give back to the community;Desire is to establish a successful club and expand in the future to other states
