Description of Mark
The Mark comprises a three-dimensional configuration for a birdfeeder, which includes a pair of perch members projecting from a base and a pair of side members connecting a peaked roof to the base. The side members are biconcave, flaring at the top and angled to conform to the peaked roof with a flat bottom conforming to the base. The widest portion of each side member is equal to the width of the base. The angle of the peak of the roof is equal to the angle between the perch and the base. The roof spans a width such that it extends beyond the base and perch members a distance equal to the depth of the roof and perches on both sides.
