Services provided in connection with the use of the Alphametrics mark include the custom design and development of computer software for others, including then existing customers having licensed or purchased the above mentioned software, including but not limited to modifications of said software as well as software originally designed and developed for said customers; Moreover, because of the highly technical nature of the software licensed to customers of Alphametrics corporation, such service have always also included training in the use of the software, including training in the techniques of economic, financial theory, and related disciplines, associated wit the use of said software
