The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by applicant, certifies that such persons who are performing counseling services, have met applicant's standards of competence in counseling in the fields of mental health, neurolinguistics programming, system theory, business management, quantum physics, developmental stages, life cycle changes, motivation, learning styles, communication between couples, team building and leadership, and professional development, as indicated by experience and education and training requirements and passage of a written examination.
