The mark consists of the configuration of design elements of a dental office that project the total image of a high-tech, industrial, and pop art style, using an open and accessible layout to convey a cheerful, welcoming and stress-reducing environment, including the following design elements among others: a waiting room connected to a number of dental services stations for treating patients, where each dental services station is associated with a different color, and to a preparation room; metal outdoor-style benches; the repeated display of the SUPERTEETH trademark in raised, italicized block lettering that runs along the upper edges of the walls in various bold colors; the repeated display of a large, stylized tooth shape along the walls of the dental office, raised above or shown below the surface of the wall; a display board shaped like a tooth visible from the waiting room that indicates a limited menu of basic dental services, each service description including a fixed price; in the waiting room, a self check-in touch-screen computer station and a computer monitor that displays a list of patients; repeated use of squares on the inside and/or outside of the office as a décor motif; use of industrial style wired-glass for windows between various areas and dental service stations, for divider panels and/or for doors between areas or stations, to define distinct spaces while retaining openness between them; use of textured, laminated metals and metallic surfacings as visual framing and design highlights, such as in doors, windows, area dividers and patient-accessed computer stations; computer displays at each dental services station to display photos and X-rays of the patient's dental condition, and printers which can print out selected displays for the patient; magnetically encoded identification cards issued to patients, bearing the SUPERTEETH trademark; uniforms for dentists and dental personnel comprised of non-traditional attire for dental personnel, in nontraditional colors, and full length protective drapes or cloaks for patients.
