The mark consists of an oval-eye with a dot in the center of the oval. There are four lines that stretch out from the oval. One atop of the oval in contact with the oval's boarder, which is a vertical and rising line and curls to the right at the top. To the bottom, connected to the oval inline with the dot, is a vertical line declining to a curled end to the left. There are two smaller lines extending to the left and right touching the ovals edges, in line with the middle dot. None of the lines enter the oval. There are two motion lines. One in the top left, and one in the bottom right. These are slightly curved lines. The letter "P" is in the upper right outside but close to the oval, the letter "E" is in the upper left section, the letter "R" in the lower left and the letter "D" in the lower right.
