The mark consists of the stylized letters and number "V3S" combined with a stylized design. The letters "V" and "S" are capitalized. The number "3" is equal in size to the "V" and the "S". The portion of the mark "V3S" appears in 100% Black PMS color and microgramma font. The stylized design included in the mark appears to the left of the "V3 S" portion of the mark and consists of a square resting on the point of one right angle and having one right angle pointing toward the top of the mark, one right angle pointing to the left of the mark, and one right angle pointing to the right of the mark. The stylized portion of the mark contains 6 rows of circles inside the square; with the first row consisting of 4 circles running vertically down the left interior of the square, with the second row of circles consisting of 4 smaller circles running parallel to the first row to the right of the first row; with the third row consisting of 3 circles smaller than the circles in the second row and running parallel to the second row on the right of the second row; with the fourth row of circles consisting of 3 circles smaller than the circles in the third row and running parallel to the third row on the right of the third row; with the fifth row consisting of 2 circles smaller than the circles in the fourth row and running parallel to the fourth row on the right of the fourth row; and with the sixth row consisting of 1 circle smaller than the circles in the fifth row and running parallel to the fifth row to the right of the fifth row. The square which is a portion of the mark is filled in with 541 PMS color, except for each circle in the rows inside the squares. The circles are not colored.
