The mark consists of a circle with the following religious symbols appearing within the circle, starting from the top and proceeding clockwise, the Verdic Tradition OM, the Jewish Menorah, the Zoroastrianism symbol, the Confucianism symbol, the Islamic Five-Pointed Star and Crescent, The Spiral Eternal Circle, the Taoism Ying-Yang, the Buddhist Circle, and the Christian Cross. The religious symbols are then positioned on four of five parallel cords. The five parallel cords form a smaller circle. In the middle of the smaller circle is a flame emanating from an urn. Behind the flame are two layers of circles also emanating from the urn.
