The mark consists of a design on a cylindrical container. The dotted outline of the cylindrical container is not claimed as part of the mark but is merely intended to show the position of the mark. The design consists of red, equally spaced, vertical and horizontal lines on a white background. The horizontal lines encircle the container. Covering a portion of the lines is a white oval that is bordered in red covering about a fifth of the circumference of the container and about three-fourths of the height of the container. Inside the border in large, royal blue script is the word "RAY'S", which is positioned in the upper two-thirds of the oval. Immediately below and centered with the words "RAY'S" is printed in red and uppercase type is the words "ICE CREAM", which is positioned in the upper two-thirds of the bottom one-third of the oval. In the bottom one-sixth of the oval and immediately below and centered with the words "ICE CREAM" is printed in royal blue and uppercase type the words "ROYAL OAK, MICHIGAN". Below the oval and equidistant from the bottom of the container and the bottom of the oval is a white rectangular box covering the horizontal and vertical lines in which the volume of goods in the container is printed. The printed volume of the goods is not claimed as part of the mark.
