computer services, namely, creating, designing, implementing, integrating, maintaining, and hosting websites or webpages for others via global communications networks or internal computer networks; providing electronic commerce, website traffic-building, and marketing services for global computer network websites, and providing consulting services related thereto; computer software design, installation, updating and maintenance for others; providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for communications, computer electronic commerce, computer search engines, and website development; and, providing on-line personnel recruitment, placement, and outsourcing of computer programmers, graphic designers, and internet consultants and experts
