computer services, namely, providing and maintaining an interactive computer database and data management system accessed via a global computer network in the field of critical plant and equipment monitoring and diagnostic information, including predictive maintenance data, operator rounds, lubrication data, testing data, calibration data, process data, maintenance histories, and other equipment condition data; consultation services in the field of operation and maintenance of industrial, commercial and government facilities equipment, cost benefit analysis and equipment reliability maintenance; auto-alarming services, namely, the issuing of alerts and notifications, and the generating of exception reports as a result of monitoring, analyzing and evaluating critical plant and equipment data and comparing the same against pre-established tolerances, calibrations, and operational and maintenance guidelines; providing critical plant and equipment evaluation and monitoring services for others via a global computer network, namely providing monitoring, trending, analysis and evaluation of equipment condition, the identification of problems, tracking of failure and root cause analysis data, and providing recommendations regarding operational changes and maintenance actions required to maintain equipment reliability
