The certification mark intended to be used by authorized persons is intended to certify that athletic training products bearing the mark have met the performance standards of quality design, durability and safety required by Applicant. The certification mark is intended to be used by applying it to qualified athletic training products. The Applicant has a bona fide intention to exercise legitimate control over the use of the certification mark in commerce. Applicant is not engaged in the marketing or production of any goods to which the mark sought to be registered will be applied.
