The mark consists of eight trigrams arranged in a circle. Inside the circular trigrams are two instruments used by western neurologists, a reflex hammer and a tuning fork, arranged diagonally so as to intersect each other. On the upper portion of the drawing intersecting the top trigram in an acupuncture needle used in eastern medicine with the needle tip between the reflex hammer and the tuning fork. Also inside the circular trigram are the letters "I S T O P" arranged in a half circle at the bottom of the circle.
