WITHIN THIS "V" IS A SMALLER "V" SHAPED SHIELD BANDED BY GOLD. WITHIN THIS SECOND "V" IS A DEPICTION OF, ON THE LEFT, A DITCH SETTLER, IN THE MIDDLE, A SHIELD WITH THE ARMS OF A WINDMILL ATOP WHICH SITS AND EAGLE, AND TO THE RIGHT A NATIVE AMERICAN.
