The certification mark, as intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, is intended to certify that the members providing particular business risk information and mitigation services meet standards set forth by applicant with respect to the nature of the services rendered, including - the type of information to be collected and shared; the nature of additional services performed, the parties with whom such information is shared and for whom such services are rendered; the degree of protection and confidentiality afforded shared information and other information concerning the rendering of services; the nature of any limitations on the uses of such information; and/or the means by which participation is encouraged among third parties.
