The Trademark consists of the design of a building facade. The area comprising the entrance way to the building is made up of two vertical lines, one of which is longer than the other. The bottom of the two lines of the entrance way are connected by a straight horizontal line and the top of the two lines of the entrance way are connected by a line which is slanted upward toward the top of the longer line. The area inside the lines described above is the color green. The mark also contains in the upper right hand corner above the entrance way the "CAR SPA" and design logo, which is described as follows: this design consists of the word "CAR" which is highlighted against a green wave-like design which sits on top of the word "SPA" which is highlighted against a blue wave-like design; these waves fit together to form a blue and green box, against the words "CAR SPA" are highlighted in white, separating the words within the box is a white wave-like line running horizontally through the middle of the box.
