The mark consists of the letters "Avance Logic, Inc.", where the first letter of each word, in this case "A", "L" and "I", are capitalized, and where the remainder of letters are in small caps. The second word, "Logic", is also separated from the third word, "Inc.," by a comma. The third word is also followed by a period. Further, the design consists of a darkened square overlayed by five (5) darkened, long, triangular shapes which are each set at equal distance from the other. Three (3) such triangles are of equal height, width, and area; of the remaining two (2) darkened triangles, one triangle is cut off at the top of the darkened square to follow the outline of the square, and the other triangle is merged into the bottom of the square. The triangles point out toward the right at an acute angle. At the bottom of the square there is a white oval shape touching the bottom of the square at one point and touching the tips of the two triangles at the bottom of the square at another point.
