providing a website containing a plurality of resumes of others for the purpose of job placement; resume management services rendered as part of a job placement program, namely, providing to potential employers anonymous resume summaries of job seekers, receiving a request for further resume information from a potential employer, advising the job seeker of the potential employer's interest and, if the job seeker then approves, forwarding that individual's identification and full resume to the potential employer
