providing an on-line computer database of consumer and vendor information concerning consumer purchasing preferences, consumer identification, and the price, characteristics, and availability of products and services offered by vendors, and providing users of the database the ability to search, capture, organize and update such consumer and vendor information and to generate purchase order forms, all on local, national and global information networks
