The mark comprises of a circle. The following black letters dissect the circle: a "U" appears near the Twelve O'Clock position on the circle such that the top ends of the letter touch the perimeter of the circle, the "U" has two linear legs and an arcuate bight portion connecting the two legs; a letter "T" is located directly underneath the bright portion of the letter "U" and has a top linear portion that extends across the circle and contacts the lower portion of the arcuate bight portion and has extremities that touch the circle, the "T" also includes a second linear portion intersecting the top portion of the "T" at a 90 degree angle and extends diametrically of the circle; a letter "A" is located directly beneath the second linear portion of the "T" and contacts the lower extremity the second linear portion of the letter "T", the letter "A" has an upper apex that contacts the lower extremity of the second linear portion and has legs that diverge from the apex and extend into contact with the circle, the "A" further has a linear cross bar parallel to the top linear portion of the "T" and which contact the diverging legs of the "A" at a location spaced from the apex.
