"The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by Applicant, will certify that the oriented strand board wood panels are manufactured by mills that elect to publish higher design values under the supervision of the Applicant and participate in Applicant's voluntary inspection program. Specifically, the certification mark will certify higher design values for performance requirements, adhesive bond durability, panel construction and workmanship, dimensions and tolerances, marking, and moisture content of the oriented strand board wood panels."
