The mark consists of rectangle, the upper three-fourths of which bears a solid green background and the lower one-fourth of which bears a background of alternating green and white horizontal stripes traversing the rectangles. Beginning in the upper left of the rectangle and occupying approximately one-half of the total area of the rectangle large white block letters spell out the words "UniSouth Genetics"; directly below these words appear the words "The New Horizon for seed" in smaller white block letters. The right one-third of the rectangle is occupied by a hexagonal figure enclosing a stylized plant stem; attached to the stem are six oval leaves that angle out from the stem and touch the hexagonal figure at their tips. Directly below the plant figure, outside the hexagon, lie large green block letters superimposed on the stripes in the lower part of the rectangle the letters contain the company's initials, "USG".
