Subject to concurrent use proceeding with the following parties - MOBILE COMMUNICATION SERVICE, INC., MOBILCOMM INCORPORATED, COMBINED TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED, Applicant claims exclusive right to use the mark in the area comprising the entire United States except for the following geographic territories - The Pennsylvania counties of Armstrong Butler, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Clinton, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Venango and Warren; otherwise described as that portion of Pennsylvania which is west of 77 degrees, 30 minutes of longitude and north of U.S. Route 422 and its extension onto U.S. Route 22; and those portions of the countries of Lawrence, Butler, Armstrong and Indiana in Pennsylvania which are south of U.S. Route 422; said geographic territory belonging to MOBILE COMMUNICATION SERVICE; The New York counties of Cattaraugus and Chautauqua; otherwise described as that portion of Chautauqua County, New York which is south of an east-west line through the communities of Brocton and Balcom, New York; and that portion of Cattaragus County, New York which is west of U.S. Route 219; said geographic territory belonging to MOBILE COMMUNICATION SERVICE; The Indiana counties of Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley and Switerland; said geographic territory belonging to MOBILCOMM INCORPORATED and COMBINED TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED; and The Kentucky counties of Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Grant, Gallatin, Kenton, Mason and Pendleton; said geographic territory belonging to MOBILCOMM INCORPORATED and COMBINED TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED; and The Ohio counties of Brown, Butler, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Drake, Green, Hamilton, Highland, Miami, Montgomery, Preble and Warren; said geographic territory belonging to MOBILCOMM INCORPORATED and COMBINED TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED.
