Charitable services, namely, providing food , clothing and/or medicine and other such non-monetary services, namely, caring for and assisting in any manner, poor, helpless, needy, sick, afflicted or crippled men, women and children and providing hospital services, namely for the care, treatment and relief of underprivileged, crippled or sick children and the alleviation of their suffering and assisting in bettering and improving living, moral and social conditions in the community
