charitable fund raising in the nature of promoting the well-being of humanity, and acquiring such real and personal properties and fixtures and engaging and participating in such activities to facilitate making and distributing any and all such gifts, donations or contributions, as may be proper, advisable or necessary in connection with or in pursuance of the purely public benevolent and charitable and wholly altruistic services and for such purposes above specified, soliciting and receiving donations of every kind, character and description and raising and borrowing money and receiving, obtaining and owning real, personal and mixed properties by gift, grant, devise, bequest or otherwise or in any other manner and caring for bettering and improving and pledging, mortgaging, selling, donating, giving or otherwise disposing of such real, personal and mixed properties, in whole or in part or parts

charitable services, namely, providing food, clothing and/or medicine and other such non-monetary services, namely, caring for and assisting in any manner, poor, helpless, needy, sick, afflicted or crippled men, women and children and providing hospital services, namely, for the care, treatment and relief of underprivileged, crippled or sick children and the alleviation of their suffering and assisting in bettering and improving living, moral and social conditions in the community
